Soweto Productions of Detroit has released a collection of covers under the project name Swamp Dylan; "a tribe of Bob Dylan aficionados spanning from Detroit to Seattle."
The project covers songs from Oh Mercy and Time Out Of Mind.
The 11 tracks are available as free mp3 downloads from the Soweto website, as individual mp3s, or a ZIP file of the complete album including artwork. Not to be sold.

Swamp Dylan will be touring in the coming months, visit the Soweto website for venues & dates.

Bob Dylan's Dream is marked ©1986 on this compilation, but I have not been able to find Whittaker's original album or single that contained the song, perhaps it was previously unreleased. Any help would be appreciated. Roger's version has a seemingly out-of-place Island flavor, reminiscent of the Caribbean LP covers of Blowin' In the Wind. Also included on the 2002 compilation Songs for You: The Collection.

The Spanish-language El Esquimal was also released on singles and EPs.
